PC on a Budget

Im building a new pc since i sold my old one, i dont play any games anymore or anything so i dont need anything good. I just need it for internet/word/music/movies pretty much. I dont need a video card,monitor,case,keyboard,mouse,speakers. Im looking to keep it under 300 or as cheap as possible, for cpu,ram,mobo,power supply,HD and a cdrom/burner.
