Default PC-4000 vs 3200 ....Worth it?

I just posted my specs and the question was brought up about the actual cost:value ratio of pc4000 to 3200 RAM.

This would be for my pretty high performance computer and I was planning on overclocking my x2 3800 to match the speeds of the ddr500 pc-4000...

THE QUESTION IS!: Would it be better to buy the slower ram and overclock each of them to match eachother?

Would I be able to overclock 3200 Ram to 4000 speeds and stats?

You might want to put this in the High Performance PC Board. You are more likely to get a good answer.

The PC4000 will be guarenteed to run at that speed, but a good couple of PC3200 ram will go very far (depending on what you get.)
