PAL and NTSC LCD monitor, help

I know there are differences between PAL and NTSC Televisons, however does this also apply to LCD monitors, or do LCD monitors have a universal usage capability

I have Bought THIS LCD monitor here in the USA, however i may move to the UK for a career change... will it be compatible? What about the Power brick, what voltage difference is there?
