stick with ur P4, and consider adding more RAM or something

but i'm not so sure bout this but less cache means better oc'ing?

My pc is a sony so i don't think i will be able to over clock it at all.

ya it is 2x 256 and that is the max ram my mobo can take. They are the same speed.
