outdated drivers

Ok for a lot of software I have really outdated drivers. How can I update them? Is there a specific program which does it?

drivers are for hardware.
patches are for software.

You can get drivers and patches from the manufacture's websites.

Are you having issues which requires updates?

You don't really need to go through the trouble of finding the drivers unless something isn't working properly.
"trouble" = search a lot on the internet, and then not being able to actually find the right one.
