Default Out of these Sub $100 graphics cards, which one offers the most bang for the buck?

Out of all these cards I'm listing off, which one would give the most performance to the dollar? I'm not asking which one is the most powerful, but which card offers the most performance for its minimum price. I'm not a huge gamer, but I still want the most out of my money.

The 5670 Would last you more in the long term, It also has DX11 Support.

It really won't be for gaming, but still, good idea to have a DX11 card.
