Are opteron processors just for servers?

I saw this on newegg and i was wondering what is it i heard of opteron processors before but i never knew if they were just for servers or what. So would this be good for gaming?

The 940Pin's are pretty much for servers. The 939 Opteron's tho are just variants of the Venices and San Diego's. They can be very good for gaming.
