Onboard Video or Old Video Card

I have an Intel 865GBF Desktop board on one of my other systems. My questions is, is its Intel Extreme Graphics 2 better or a 4X Asus V7100 Pro (Nvidia 2 MX400) AGP Card. I mainly use this system for web surfing and word processing.

They both sux, but the MX400 would be better I'm guessing.

would it be good enough to play games like sims 2 or css on low settings?

The mx400 would be better, you should be able to play those games, depending on the rest of your system of course.
