So I found an old pentium box in my house, the OS is corrupted beyond recovery.. or at least beyond my power (says root directory is full and to delete some stuff)

well, I want to know if theres something more fun I could do with it. Any ideas would be nice, from modding somehow to putting some kind of linux on it

I dont know much of the requirements for some linux distros, but that is what I am kinda leaning to at this point

sorry if this is in the wrong area.. I wasnt sure of where to put it

Folding for Tech-Forums (However it would require a little overclocking to 166Mhz).

Folding@Home is a program you install on the computer, and helps cure cancer. All you need is an internet connection and a working computer.

EDIT: You'd probably have to install something like Windows 95, 98Lite, XPLite, or Linux. Depending on what flavor you like :p

wow... that seems really cool.

but it would have to wait untill i set up my home network

I have an amd 3000+ thats basically just a music player right now that would be pretty sweet to hook up to that dealy thing... lol
