Default Old Build for now thoughts

Case: Lian Li 8NXW with USB 3.0 (4 bay)
Uses two 120 mm fans
Powersupply: Antec truepower 650 watt
CPU: Pentium 4 570 Prescott 3.8 ghz retail
Motherboard: Asus P5N-D Supports sata II
Ram: 8 GB Corsair ddr2
Video Card: ATI 700 Pro
Soundcard: Soundblaster Audigy 2 ZS
DVD RW: Plextor 18x sata
Vantec ez swap 4: sata II Boot drive
Vantec ez swap 4: sata II Storage drive
OS: XP and 7 32 bit

When I ordered these parts to downsize I was planning on getting a Lian Li pc65b case for usb 2.0 but, they are hard to find. So I decided I'll get a newer case with bigger fans. Since I bought this motherboard already I'd like to use it. Will my case having usb 3.0 bulk at a usb 2.0 motherboard?

I considered upping my powersupply to corsair hx 850 or 1000 but figured with small case like this might have too many cables clog airflow.

Thanks
