Default Was this an ok deal?

Just purchased a new Toshiba Notebook that was on sale and ended today.. So I had to make a quick decision. I will be using this for school and maybe burning dvd's and playing some music. Not much gaming will be done. I ended up paying 740 bucks total.

Was it a good deal or is there any better laptops out there for that price? Bellow is the product info.

Thanks

Yeah, I definitly wouldn't worry about it.

I'd say thats an average/fair price for it. They definitly didn't rip you off. The only thing I can think of is maybe more ram, but for what you say you'll be using it for 512 will do just fine.

Oh and of all the laptop cpus out there, I think the core solo is the best one.

Well I may have made a good or bad choice.. lol Since the Toshiba I bought was on backorder I decided to cancel it and order one that I could get within the next few days instead of weeks..

I ended up paying a little more but seems like it has more to offer.. Only thing I was worried about is going from the core solo processor to the AMD Turion 64.. I hope that the AMD Turion 64 processor will be as good.. This is what I changed my purchase too.
