Talking Odd request- Pc Hardware Related

I was looking for a place to buy old computer parts, I have been searching Google and cant really find a place sells more than a Pentium 2. I need the whole desktop.

I'm looking for these specs or maybe even a little better.

# Windows® 95/98
# DirectX® 6.1
# 233MHz Pentium® MMX® (or equivalent) w/3D hardware acceleration
# 266MHz Pentium® MMX® (or equivalent) w/out 3D hardware acceleration
# 32MB RAM (64MB Recommended)
# 16-bit SVGA video card 4MB
# SoundBlaster® 16 or compatible sound card
# 200MB free, uncompressed hard drive space
# 4x CD-ROM drive

Basically I'm looking for a top of the line desktop from the year 1999 to play an old game that doesn't run on new machines.

Yea I have tried this, I think the problem has something to do with the frame rate.

When I'm at menu screens If I click anywhere the game locks up for 10-15 secs every time I click.

I think it may be the frame rate is way to high or something.

Does it have a VSync or Vertical Sync option?
If so, enable it.

DOS box or a Virtual machine in VMware or Virtual box would be your friend here.
