Notebooks compared to deskop computers

Hello,
I've a deskop computer with the floolowing configuration:
AMD XP 2100+
256MB RAM
Geforce 4 64mb

I'm thinking of buying this notebook computer that can preforme as good as my deskop computer (both games and ordinary applications as ms word):
AMD Sempron 3200+ with Cool'n'Quiet™
512MB RAM
ATI RADEON® XPRESS 200M IGP-Grafik - 128 MB with 4x AGP

or this notebook:
AMD Athlon™ XP-M - 3000+ mit PowerNow™ Technologie
512 MB DDR SDRAM
nVIDIA GeForce 4 440 Go mit 64 MB DDR-RAM

or this:
Athlon 64 XP 3000+
512MB RAM
Geforce 4Go 64MB

or maybe:
AMD Athlon 64 2800+
ATi Mobility Radeon 9700
RAM: 512 DDR

or:
AMD Athlon XP mobile 2,4 GHz
512MB DDR-RAM
ATI Radeon 9000 mobile 64mb

The first one you mentioned sounds good, except for the Sempron.

Any of them will outperform your desktop.
