Notebook Recommendations?

Or should I stick with the NCIX one before. I dont understand why this one is cheaper..it seems alot better :O I could be missing somthing though

That's alright, but a 7300 128MB isn't that great for gaming at all.

I'm guessing you live in Canada, which is why you're picking NCIX. This deal at TigerDirect is pretty good for the price ($1500). It's an Acer notebook, 2GB of RAM, 100GB Hard Drive, Integrated Graphics , and a pretty good value.

Hmmm yeah thats not bad, but is the video card good enough for games like World of warcraft? I mean I know its not THAT intense of a game, but I like smooth FPS

Should be alright. Somebody is selling a laptop on this forum that has much worse specs, and it plays WoW smoothly.

Well for me, I'm not too into gaming (I like mostly RTS games but FPS are fun too so RTS doesn't require such great graphics). I just want to know if there are any certain brands to be wary of or to look for and what kind of processor I should get (intel or amd) for laptops. I know that the new Core 2 Duo for desktops are supposed to be better than AMDs but what about for laptops?
