Looks good to me. The sound card is a waste of money, the onboard sound is just as good as an sblive.

That's the CPU heatsink I have, and the video card I have, and the motherboard I have, works good. I just wish my IDE controller wasn't non-standard. Linux can't see my cd-rom. :(

I might have to switch motherboards.
 
Agree with The General, don't bother with the sound card... are you going to use the items from anohter machine? Keyboard/mouse/monitor/speakers, etc... What about an OS? I'm assumgin you have one as well...
 
I recommend a larger hard drive to accomodate the large amount of memory.

Don't forget to add about $80 for XP :D
