Building a PC, im a bit of a noob, will all this work togethor and be any good?

Mobo: Asus AM2 Via K8T890 53.46

CPU: AMD Athlon 64 X2 3800 Socket AM2 99.48

Case: DabsValue Midi Tower 400W - Black 29.46

RAM: Crucial 1GB 240Pin DIMM PC2-4300 65.74

Hardrive: Samsung 160GB S300 7200RPM 8MB 43.04

CD Drive: BenQ DVD+/-RW 16x Dual Layer 24.45

I wouldn't recommend getting a no-name PSU unless you KNOW it is a good brand.
