im building an i7 920 and was goin to liquid cool it and i was wondering if this is all i need to make this here's the link

Yup, it's all there. I can't vouch for it's effectiveness, or if it will fit in your case.

Yes it has it all assuming it comes with the gtz 1366 mounting kit.

Look at this kit:
Petra's Tech Shop

Petra's also has the kit you posted much cheaper. $289 but it is out of stock.

The kit I posted is much better. You can get a xspc resi top to make it perfect.
