NoOb here. What video card to get to be able to hook up two monitors

Hey, I am a complete noob when it comes to computer hardware and such. I have a Compaq SR5605F with a NVIDIA GeForce 6150 SE video chip. I want to hook my HDTV up to my computer as a second monitor for movies and such. I would like to be able have a movie/screensaver on the TV while still being able to surf the web on the original (not tv) monitor. I will have to hook it up using either SVGA or HDMI. What should I be looking for in a video card? Any help would be great because i'm TRULY clueless.

virtually any discrete video card you buy today can do dual monitors

the GeForce 6150 SE is integrated into the motherboard, so it can't

budget?

As cheap as possible basically. I am looking at the ATI Radeon 3450 here
ATI Radeon 512MB PCI Express HDMI Video Graphics Card - eBay (item 120472708571 end time Jan-20-10 15:04:52 PST)

Would that work fine for the basic tasks I am looking at or would I need something better?
