Thumbs up no power supply

hello, i recently found a old p41.5 dell slimline but i does not have a power supply!. I looked it up on the internet and it said it needed a 160w power supply- i was wondering if it was possible to make it work with 200w power supply?

Slimline.....uses special proprietary psu's so youd have to part it out into a new case.
