like PZEROFGH (why did you have to make that so hard to spell ) said you will probably benefit more from extra ram than cpu power. however like the first couple of posts said if you do want that much power you are far better off getting the 3700+ san diego than 3800+ venice. bits cheaper and you may even get better performance from it
