Newly Built System not starting up

Ya man it ended up being my motherboard :/, I replaced it tonight and now everything is up and running , hope you don't have to replace yours also, one thing to make sure you do though, use spacers if you have them and put in ALL you motherboard screws as they are sometimes used as grounds.

I tried the screw holes as grounds and no luck, I'm glad to hear that your problem was worked out, Kahedhros. I hope mine is that simple, and if so I hope I can figure it out soon, this is driving me nuts. Does anyone else have any more ideas, i'll try anything at this point. And any help is greatly appriciated.
