Default New video card on crappy power supply

Im wondering if my computer will be ok if i dont get a new power supply. Looking to get a 128mb PCI (not pci-e) video card but the problem is my power supply is a whopping 160 watts. Getting a new power supply seems like to much of a hassel since the case is some micro gateway crap. And im just not sure on what if even any power supply will fit.

Looking at these cards: http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...Tab=2&NoMapp=0

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814130255

Think i can get by?
