New video card on crappy power supply

Im wondering if my computer will be ok if i dont get a new power supply. Looking to get a 128mb PCI (not pci-e) video card but the problem is my power supply is a whopping 160 watts. Getting a new power supply seems like to much of a hassel since the case is some micro gateway crap. And im just not sure on what if even any power supply will fit.

Im thinking the same thing. How many watts can a little ol pci card use anyway...
