You´re probably going to want to get a third stick of ram to run it in tri channel.

Lmao!!! fans use about 5W each if that.... Get a Corsair 750hx will power whatever you need it to

I7 works in tri ram mode so its best to get 3 gb or 6gb (6 is over the top for most enthuisiast users)
Just get yourself a 4870 and save yourself the hassle of crossfire or if you definately want dual gpu which is generally more hassle then its worth get 2x Nvidia 260 216s in sli it will give you about equal performance to 2x4870 for a bit cheaper.

Odd hdd choice the Seagate barracuda 7200.11 would be best and spending that much money on a pc I would get a small raptor or ssd drive for the main OS and then the 500gb for storage.

Well let me know if you all agree that this set up will be.. um... kicka$$ ...
PSU is crap.. (bad brand.. and wattage doesn't matter.. look into a Corsair 650tx/750tx..)

Maybe a Triple-Channel RAM Kit will get better performance.. also look into the 640gb WD Drive
