Welcome to TF!

Thats a nice looking setup you got there. For power supply, you don't need a high wattage...just a good reliable brand with plenty of amps. I suggest the FSP Fortron 450W.

For a little more you can get an 8800GTS 320MB, which beats the X1950XT, if your budget allows:

For the size of the case...full tower will give you alot of room to work with, and room for upgrades...if you want smaller than mid tower.
