hey, i have a question... its about these micro atx AMD motherboards... whats the difference between this and a regular atx mobo other then the size?

The Gigabyte GA-K8NSC-939 ATX AMD Motherboard - Retail for $62.00 is a pretty good mobo. It is quite similar to mine, but one notch lower.

I definitely wouldnt get an AGP mobo if you are building a computer from scratch and dont already have an AGP video card. If you are building from scratch, get one that has PCI-E, to enable more future upgrades.
