Default New Motherboard and CPU

Im looking for another gaming build, and was looking at z370 and new cpu. I usually game and do VR Im getting the 1080ti and want something to keep up with it. I want an i7 but which motherboard is good?

ASRock Extreme4 if you're not looking for overkill. I have the Z270 version and stand behind ASRock boards. When I upgrade I'll be getting their Fatal1ty Professional i9 board.

PP got me into ASRock a few years ago... Great customer service, great products. I have the 270 Extreme 4 as well.

I would suggest the Z370 Extreme 4 with an 8700k
