So I am looking into geeta new motherboard soon... I had a USB got out the other day.. found out that is why I was having keyboard porblems.... That is about the only thing borken on it but I would like to have the room to expand. My question is, if I were to get a new motherboard(and new CPU and RAM) would I have to reinstall windows?? I have Windows on its drive with other applications and game installs on the other two. My specs are listed below. I'm looking into getting a new ASUS board with a new faster CPU. So again, if I get a new board, would I have to reinstall windows and all of my other applications??

You would have to do a fresh install. Or a repair install, which can save the files you currently have. You'll have to reactivate windows too. You have to do this for a motherboard change, since your old drivers and such won't be compatible anymore.
