Just as an FYI, Asrock is made by the same company as Asus, they're just the "Value" stream

If you are looking for the absolute best socket939 nf4 boards, get either a DFI Infinity or if you have to go all out, get a DFI LANparty as I gurantee you everyone will tell you they are the best boards to buy next to the more expensive Asus A8N32. You may also want to consider the MSI Neo4. The majority of Asus 939 boards are IMO not very good quality

Gigabyte boards are fairly decent, however I recommend you stick with nf4/PCI-E compatible boards are you don't wanna get stuck with AGP/nf3

Stay away from that Asrock Dual Sata2 board it is a real POS! I know Asus own's Asrock but I had one and they have major issues with Nvidia cards and they havn't worked it out yet. I know this first hand. And gigabyte makes a very good board.

Edit - and if I was going to buy a socket A board today it would be this one.
