Default New mobo

I'm wanting to overclock a little, but the mobo i have doesn't overclock at all. What's a good mobo in the 100-150 range that's good at overclocking? I don't know much about this, so help would be appreciated.

My specs are:

Mobo - GA965G-DS3 (The other version overclocks, this one doesn't)
CPU - E6300
GPU - 7900GT
Ram - 3gigs of crosair 1024-6400

Also, I want to get a aftermarket cooler for my cpu, what's a good cheap one?
