Default New Mobo

Hello, Recently I procured some parts from various places to upgrade my old PC. I bought a new case, a new GPU cooler, and the parts I got were an amd 2600 333fsb and two sticks of 512 pc 2700 ram. My GPU is a radeon 9800 pro 128 mb. Now all I need is a good Mobo to top it off. I would like to have a mobo with 3 slots for memory (maybe dual channel). 3+ pci slots, an agp slot preferably 8x, Nforce 2 chip set, and a good ablity to over clock. I don't really need onboard video or sound either.

If anyone has any suggestions on a board I'd love some input. I've looked for three days any haven't found a board that would suit me. I don't need all the features i listed but they would be helpful.
