Default New Heatsink

Hey, guys i want to overclock the **** out of this amd athlon 3500+ Venice on my new ASUS A8N-E Ultra (socket 939 obvouisly), Anyway whats the best heatsink for 30 bucks or under to do as much overclocking as possiblewith.

Specs:
AMD Athlon 64 3500+ Venice

ASUS A8N-E Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce4 Ultra

Antec LifeStyle SONATA II 450watt

I was wondering if this beats all the others out there,

Yep for under $30 you cant do better than the above.
