Default New hdd and xp

I just got a new 80gb to replace my 20gb in my old comp. I also got xp pro that should be here tomorrow. Not sure exactly how to install the hdd from my old one then install windows. I have backed up all my important files and things on a disc. Could anyone help or point me to a guide? Thanks

well here si a link that shows you how to put together every piece of a computer including harddrive. After you put it in the bios should recognize it and then you just pop in the windows xp cd and let it install just follow the steps ok there is two pages on hardrives.

New build in progress, but this is what I got for now:
-AMD x2 5200+
-Asus M3A78-EM AM2+
-Buffalo 2x1gb ddr2 800
-Hitachi 250gb Sata HDD
-Antec Minuet Case w/ 350w psu
-Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit
