You should really do a fresh install of everything to your SSD, including the flight simulator. But once done, you could copy all the flight simulator data over to your SSD, and then you should be good to go, just make sure you grab everything for it, not half of it. Some games like to put data in 3 or more places and it can become a chore to get all the data.
