so, do you honestly think I can run the x1950xt with NO problems, except for it runs a little hot (so says the customer reviews), but if it comes to be a problem I can just buy an after-market cooler...

alright, thanks dude. I think i'm going to try and buy it..

I really, really hope it works, if not, I'm pretty much.. screwed..

just one last question:

if I don't have enough Power to supply to the GPU, what happens? anything bad to my motherboard?

Underpowering a gpu can cause the psu to fry and when psu's die, they often take other parts with them. So its a good idea to make sure your psu can handle the video card's power demands.

well, after a discussion on AIM with b1gapl, i'm gonna settle with an nVidia 7900 GS, can play all my games on high settings and will run really smoothly, a PSU upgrade isn't 100% necessary, but i might..

Dell = proprietary =\.
