Default new computer help

hi...i just basically want to know if this computer will like melt down in my face or not

3.0Ghz Pentium 4 HT 630 64Bit 2MB with Heatsink and Fan

the processor is 64 i need to be running win64-bit for it to work or is compatible with 32-bit (thats probably a stupid question i just really dont know )

I think a 3.0Ghz HT is going to need some massive cooling, which means a lot of noise...

I think I read these processors haven't even been fully tested, so they're considered unstable and may overheat easily.

You can run 32-bit version Windows on a 64-bit processor.
