New Case and PSU

Hey what's up guys i'm looking to upgrade my case and my PSU because the one i have now is only 300w, and i feel it's not enough for all the gaming i do. I found out my motherboard is micro-ATX and it's compatible with these 2 cases that i like the most.

So yeah i was wondering if there are different size PSU's? And i need to get one that's compatible with any of those cases and i'd like to keep it under $100. If anybody can help me, i'd greatly appreciate it.

I was helping him out with this, he is upgrading a Dell I believe and I told him he should post this to whole forum for more/beter advice.

Actually i'm upgrading an emachines lol... but it's not really an emachines anymore. I've ripped it's heart and soul out of it.

Oh wow i didn't know that Soprano had the PSU included. It seems okay for now.

it only has 18A on the +12V

so that's bad lol. Well since it's better than the 300w PSU i have now, i'll just keep that for a bit, until i get more money. Oh and does anybody know about neon lighting, i'd like to put that in my case. Is it hard to do?
