Graphics card? Aftermarket CPU cooler? Your RAM choice is great. I'd try and make some room for a reasonable graphics card.
Newegg.com - HIS Hightech H195PRF256DDN-R Radeon X1950PRO 256MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16 HDCP Video Card - Retail

EDIT: B1gapl/Sora/others I can't remember right now can help you more in the way of suggestions. I'm still kind of new at this.

Yep....G. Skill is always a great choice, when it comes to RAM. You can go for the E6320, to save a bit of money, because it can overclock easily. A cheaper, better motherboard would either be:
Newegg.com - GIGABYTE GA-965P-DS3 (rev. 1.3) LGA 775 Intel P965 Express ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail
or
Newegg.com - MSI P6N SLI-FI LGA 775 NVIDIA nForce 650i SLI ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail

Thanks fixed it. Need help picking a PSU. Video card will either be a 7600 or 7900. Will look up on that later. I think i will keep the 6420 because I don't plan on overclocking anytime soon.

This is a highly recommended PSU:
Newegg.com - Rosewill RP550V2-D-SL 550W SLI Ready-ATX 12V V2.01 Power Supply 115/230 V CSA,UL,TUV - Retail

Great choice on the CPU, cooler by the way.

But get it at svc.com instead. It's only $19.99 over there!!

Thanks a lot. Added an eVga GeForce 7600GT. What is the difference between the DS3 1.3rev and 3.3rev boards seeing how the 3.3rev is a bit more expensive. Also, is the difference in power between the 6320 and 6420 worth the extra money?

The only difference I see between revs 1.3 and 3.3, is that 1.3 just has a slightly lower model audio chipset. Not a big deal. The power between the e6320 and e6420? You mean the speed or power usage? Theres no big difference between them. Except the e6420 has a high stock speed by like 300MHz, and a higher multiplier. But both have the same overclocking potential. I'd go for the e6320 though.
