yeah everything looks good, i would suggest you get the 7200.11 500gb 32mb cache hdd though over the one you listed, you could also save money and get vista home premium 64bit. If you are ocing that cpu i would go with a diff one, 4*** chip.

The e6750 is old. Now you can pick up an e8400 up for $200 so thats the CPU to buy. You might also want to look at the MSI P35 Neo2FR, and the 9600GT cards to save you some monies.

I would save the cpu,mb,gpu for the end just in case you have to rma any of them.

That's a freakishly good system you're building. But if finding what parts to order first, here's how I would do it:

1. Case/Power Supply
2. Motherboard
3. CPU
4. RAM
5. Video Card

6. Hard Disk Drive
7. Optical Disc Drive

8. Operating System

1-5 is vital and with those sub-components, you can at least determine if your parts work or not before the OS installation.
