Default new build

ok so here are the parts
dont say thats rubbish i got 200 pounds and a bit over

here are the parts:

mobo- Asrock ALIVESATA2-GLAN SKT AM2 VIA K8T890 chipset 8 channel audio SATA ATX
proccesor- AMD Athlon 64 3200+ Socket AM2 512Kb L2 Cache Retail Boxed Processor
PSU- Extra Value Black 500W PSU - With 12cm Blue LED Fan, 1x SATA, 1x PCI-E
Ram- OCZ 1GB DDR2 800MHz/PC2-6400 Memory Unbuffered CL5 (5-5-5-12) SPecial Ops Edition with Camouflage XTC Heatspreader Lifetime Warranty
Case- Casecom Black Midi Tower Case - Cheap at Ebuyer!
GPU- Point Of View 7600GT 256mb DDR3 DVI HDTV TV Out PCI-E Graphics Card
CPU Cooler- Arctic Cooling Copper Silent 2l (blue Light) (maximum Support XP3400)

ok im taking a cd-rw and dvd-rw from my other pc also a 111 Gig WD hdd

please just say if you think its a good enough build
ill be overclocking the CPU to its maximum capibility 5000+ speed i think
ill be wanting to be to play a few high end games while also schoolwork

please help

I advise that you spend a little more on the PSU, because that is the most important part of the computer. So I'd suggest a good brand like:
Antec TruePower Trio 430W PSU - With 3x 12v Rails 120mm Fan
or
Computer hardware and software at amazing prices, available online from Scan Computers UK

looks good but why dont you go with the:

AMD Athlon 64 X2 4000+ (2.1GHz) Socket AM2 Energy Efficient L2 1MB (2x512KB) Cache Retail Boxed Processor

Looks fine, except change the PSU and the CPU to the ones b1gapl and nickm926 suggested.
