$1,595, so will this build definetly run half life 2 and dod:source at the highest settings with good fps?

I'd try for a E6600 because that graphics card is hungry for a good CPU.

Also, that power supply seems shady. I'd get a OCZ GameXStream 700 watt.

Otherwise you may want to get 1-2 more fans for the case along with an aftermarket HS and some Artic silver 5 if you want to overclock. The XP-90 or 120 is a good choice. If you want to be cheaper on the HS you can find a pure Copper one.

Otherwise looks ok, but I dun rly keep up on memory or motherboards...

ok sweet so more fans and different psu. for now the hard drive is sufficient for just playing my games but thanks though! but will the processor im buying do good enough?

and i dont think i will overclock for while cuz all i wanna play is day of defeat source at the highest settings...

You say that now. I did too and guess what Im doing now, Overclocking. Build for it now so you don't screw yourself later.

Trust me, at some point you will want to, and if not for your games what about F@H or Seti. You never use 100% of the proc. Why not use whats left for Reasearch.

The proc is fine, and from what Ive heard even a small OC on one makes it even more godly.

Fear runs on my computer almost on Max and i have a 7600GT pentium D 2.66ghz. I just can run it on high but thats good enough lol. Pretty much every game my computer runs on high i havent found one yet that wouldnt.
