Default Need to upgrade my graphics card

Hey guys,

I am going to be buying a new tv so I can connect a HDMI cable to from my computer and play all my movies and tv shows on. The graphics card I have now is a radeon x1650. I dont know anything about low end graphics cards... I do play COD 4, and it runs fine on my x1650 so that is a requirement of the new card, also it has to be able to play lower end games like BF1942/vietnam... And it has to have a hdmi cable... I assume that anything on the market now is better than the card I have now. So basically I need a card that can play cod4 and play 1080p video and it has to have a HDMI port.... All that for as CHEAP as possible...

Thank you for any help...

IIRC, the x1660 was a mid-range card.

even with a HDMI on my current card, i used a DVI-HDMI as the speed differential is nothing, and my current speakers which were better.
but playing 1080p media through your PC can also be dependant on things like your CPU too, if you could post a system spec?

Just looking for HDMI out?
Honestly didn't do the research on them but:

$40 XFX HD 6450
$55 XFX GT 240 (-$30 MiR)
