Need to swap primary HDD for a new one but have programs installed on secondary HDD.

Hi guys,
As the title states, I want to swap my primary HDD a 120gb SSD with Windows 7 installed for a larger 240gb SSD.

I am concerned that because I have programs and games installed on a secondary HDD that it might have some impact on these and stop them working properly?

Can anyone shed some light on this?

Not sure on all games but if you have a steam folder on the second drive all you need to do is install steam an direct it to the second HD and it reconnects them to steam so no re downloading or installing them.
