Need some upgrading help...

Sad to say, over a year ago, I bought a Dell 2400. Right now, I'm looking to upgrade the board and the processor. However, I'd like to keep my RAM upgrade ( This )

Anyways, could anyone help me find a board and processor that would be compatible with this memory? I'm looking for a somewhat powerful Intel Core2 Duo... Thanks!

Unfortunately you cannot go C2D, because it's not compatible with the ram you have. You would need DDR2 ram, but what is your budget? Also you can try to sell your current ram, get DDR2 ram, and then go the C2D route.
