Need some info about motherboards

Guys:

I fried motherboard in my PC and am trying to replace it with another one keeping the case, power supply, etc. intact. It's not necessary that a new board is latest top of the line one.

My old one was:

MSI 845E Max 2 (MS-6378E VER: 1)
ATX, 3 DIMM, 6 PCI, 1 AGP, 1 CNR

Can someone sugeest which one should I get to keep the case and power supply?

whats ur budget? maybe we can get u a new rig, dun wry, we are good at low budgets.

also do u mind replacing the processor ,graphics card ,ect
because ATX is standard and most mobos that r made r ATX so u should hav no troiuble getting a new atx mobo

I don't know guys, $100 - $150 for mobo + CPU?

All i want to replace is motherboard, but someone told me that CPU has to go as well. I'm not a gamer and all I need is this PC to work. as I said I toasted my old motherboard.
