Need some help.

My mom is looking to upgrade her ram and we don't know how much to get or what kind. Any advice on what to get would be very much appreciated! Any other advice on any other advisable upgrades would also be very much appreciated! Thank you in advance for any help! Here is a pic I took of the specs of my mom's computer.

Depending on what the issue is, the whole thing.

The max supported is DDR2 8GB. That kind of stuff is pricey these days.

Your 32-bit OS will only see 3.5GB of that, remember.
