Need a quiet HS/F

I'm thinking about doing some upgrades to my older system, mostly just to quiet it down. I'll probably go with a P180B for the case. The main source of noise seems to be my stock HS/F, which gives off a nice hum. So what would be a good aftermarket cooler to go with? I've got a P4 Northwood, so heat is not much of an issue. Oh, and since my proc is made of win it's a socket 478.

I might also try to suspend my hard drive, so what material would be best for this? Inner tubing? Large rubber bands? I'll do some research.

Your options are kinda limited for skt478, but this should do the trick! I couldn't find and passive HSs on newegg

21dBA is very quiet, especially considering 120mm case fans average about 20-30dBA.

One thing to consider is how bulky and heavy some heatsinks are. If you ever move your computer, the bigger the HS the better chance it will come loose.
