My brother's PSU gave out after a power outage. His computer is pretty old, built back in 2009. Running a X2 7750 Kuma, 4GB ram, 500GB hard drive, and a GTS 250.

Any suggestions for the new one? The cheaper the better but I told him that you don't want to skimp on the PSU. I don't anticipate any upgrades being made to this computer in the future.
