Default Need pci wieless card

I just moved into my new college house, and like all old college houses, it is not wired with ethernet ports. So i am looking fo alittle assistance. I need a wireless(probably pci) card for my desktop. We will havea wireless router somewhere in our house so i will just need the network card. I dont need anything too fancy, but i want something solid and stable, i think we are running an 8mbs dsl connection.

if you need anymore info just ask

I would stick with the brand of wireless router you get. (I.E.: Netgear Router, Netgear PCI Card, etc).

Linksys, Buffalo, Netgear are all very good.

** I also have 2 Wireless NIC's that I am willing to give up if you're interested.

I use this card:
Newegg.com - LINKSYS WMP54GS IEEE 802.11b/g 32-bit PCI Interface Wireless-G Adapter with SpeedBooster up to 54Mbps Data Rates WEP key bits: 64Bit and 128Bit WEP and WPA - Retail

You can find it at radioshack for the same price (at least in my store). Works perfectly and it never crashed on me.

Newegg.com - LINKSYS WMP54GX IEEE 802.11b/g PCI Wireless-G Adapter with SRX up to 108Mbps Data Rates WPA, WPA2, 64/128bit WEP, and 802.1x - Retail

If you get this card, you will never need another card or update a card every again. I pick up signals from like five different houses with this card.
