If you go with dell, you may want to format the hard drive and do a clean install off of a non-dell XP disc so you dont have all of the preinstalled dell sh*t on it

Dont recommend a dell Never ever ever get a dell. They are the worst computer made.Look at tigerdirect for pre-built good prices that they have on system amx and emachines.Emachines are way better than
dell when they are refurbished or not.TigerDirect has a good deal on all prebuilt Pcs.
Check this out I think it fits all your requirements and then some cash too.

Dell sucks for upgradability but they sell good computers in your price range. Also you can look on Ebay. Good luck!

Dells are complete garbage because they use hardware that didn't pass inspection the first pass, and an E-Machine is nothing more than dell with a different sticker slaped on it. I've recently seen alot of decent HP's at stores, maybe check those out.
