Do you guys think that this Wireless networking chip/card whatever will be good?

I cant use a wire to get to my computer, so i need to go wireless

it seems pretty good.

don't expect it to be the same as w/ cord. does your router support 125mbps? if not it'll probably just work at regular g (54mbps). if you have interference on the 2.4 ghz channel (cordless phone, etc) then you might not get as good of a reception.

i say go for it.

well the one that Ryan suggested uses 802.11b.. if you have a G router, then definitely make use of that and get a G wireless adaptor.

if you want something cheaper, maybe look at this?

but for quality maybe your original choice is best..

my router is a Wireless G Linksys... otherwise i dont really know anytihng about it...

i dont know...i get better speeds with wireless than with an ethernet cable. i have a linkys 54g wirless desktop adapter. it works great and the signal strength is great. i say go for something like mine.
